As most of you will be aware, in order to be enrolled on to the BPTC course now you must successfully pass the Bar Course Aptitude Test (BCAT). Recently some of the terms and conditions of the BCAT test was announced and what has been of most concern is the fee. Therefore, the fee to take the BCAT is £150 for UK and EU students and £170 for students from around the rest of the world. Additionally, there is no limit on the amount of times you can take the test.
